Congrats Stefani Farris!
Fairfield Elementary teacher Stefani Farris has been recognized as the 2016 Presidential Awardee for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching (PAEMST). The PAEMST program, administered by the National Science Foundation (NSF) on behalf of The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and recognizes outstanding teachers for their contributions to the teaching and learning of mathematics and science.
The Louisiana Association of Teachers of Mathematics (LATM) and the Louisiana Science Teachers Association (LSTA) invite you to attend, present a session and/or exhibit during our 2018 Joint Conference in Shreveport, Louisiana, October 22th -24th at the Shreveport Convention Center. We expect approximately 1500 formal and informal math and science educators and administrators from pre-K through college levels to attend.
The the annual conference provides professional development and networking opportunities for all math and science educators throughout the state of Louisiana. If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print the form, and submit it along with your payment to the address provided on the printed form.
The Louisiana Science Teachers Association (LSTA) is a special group of interdisciplinary science educators. Our membership includes K-12 classroom teachers, university faculty, informal educators, concerned citizens, and business personnel.
